Football
Appropriate clothing, shoes, full practice gear must be worn at every practice unless notified by your Head Coach.  Conditioning attire will only consist of shorts, t-shirt and helmet.   Athletes must bring a bottle of water to every practice. It gets hot and with all the equipment being worn. If you forget any piece of equipment, your athlete will sit out for that practice or game.

Cheerleading 
Appropriate clothing and shoes must be worn at every practice unless notified by your coach.  Athletes must bring a bottle of water to every practice (water or Gatorade only).  If your athlete is not wearing the appropriate attire,  she will be asked to sit out for that practice.  

Behavior Expectations 
Horseplay and not being attentive to your coaches is dangerous for everyone. 

Football
If your athlete is participating in horseplay and is goofing off, their playtime will be reduced and possible benching during a practice or game. Continued occurrences may result in dismissal. Please inform your coach and Team Parent of any medical conditions your athlete may have.

Cheerleading
If your athlete is participating in horseplay and is goofing off during practice or game time, they can be benched,  Continued occurrences may result in dismissal.  Please inform your coach and Team Parent of any medical conditions your athlete may have.  

Please note- CFYF is not responsible for any injuries that might occur if your athlete is playing, climbing or running around on the school's playground.   The playgrounds are property of the school.

Equipment 
Athletes must wear all required equipment to participate in practice or game(s). Copley Youth Football provides each Tackle player with a helmet, shoulder pads, practice pants, 1 mouthpiece, 1 game jersey and game pants.  All equipment (except game jersey and mouthpiece) will need to be turned in at the end of the season.  

It is extremely critical all provided equipment is well-maintained by athletes.  To ensure the safety of your student athlete and others who will wear in future use, please care for each piece appropriately.   If you have any questions on equipment, please contact the Football Director. 

Consent for use of Photography
As the parent/guardian of the registrant, I hereby give consent for photography of CFYF activities which may include the registrant to be published in print or on-line as CFYF chooses.  If you do not give consent, please contact the Football Director and Cheer Director.
