You have to complete the online registration as well as the required forms and documents below. 

Our program is part of the OGYFA –Ohio Gridiron Youth Football Association.  OGYFA requires all forms/documents to be printed and given to the Cheer Director.  *Please do not mail any forms. All forms MUST be turned in prior to first practice on July 30th for your cheerleader to participate.

Required Documentation:
* A copy of 2023-2024 final report card (ALL CHEERLEADERS except Kindergarten)
* A copy of Birth Certificate

FLAG - K & 1st grade in Fall
7V7 - 2nd grade in Fall
Freshmen - 3rd grade in Fall
Sophomore - 4th grade in Fall
Junior Varsity - 5th grade in Fall
Varsity Squad - 6th grade in Fall

Program Costs
$180 - Full payment is due by May 29th

* Cheer Uniform -Returned at end of season
* Body liner -JV and Varsity ONLY return at end of season
* Briefs (cheer underwear)
* Rain jacket
* Socks (2 pairs)
* Hair Bow (1 bow)

Parents are required to purchase:
* White Leggings – MUST BE WHITE!
